- SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 South Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042 is seeking to obtain sources to provide new shelving units for the Operating Room and Emergency Department, currently under construction, at the Medical Center. Existing shelving will also need to be relocated from current space to new areas in a phased delivery. It is required that new shelving be inter-operable with existing Pegasus shelving. This is not a request for competitive quotes. It is a notice to obtain possible sources that have the capacity & capability of providing shelving as described in this notice. Information regarding your firm's capacity and capability to provide such services are to be submitted electronically on or before Tuesday July 9 prior to 4:00 pm (EST) addressed to Bethany Diaz, Contracts Specialist: Bethany.diaz5@va.gov. Phone: 717-228-6193. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 423450 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. It is anticipated that the solicitation package will be available approximately on or about July 22, 2013.
