- J&A redacted Amendment#1 J&A Manufacture, test, packaging and delivery of 120mm M933A1/M934A1 High Explosive (HE), M931 Full Range Practice (FRP) and M929 Smaoke Mortar Cartridge Shell Bodies. The proposed acquisition strategy will be on an other than full and open competition basis, with competition restricted ot the National Technology and Industrial Base (NTIB). The Government plans to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) type contract to the offeror determined to represent Best Value utilizing the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection methodology. The contract will consist of a base award and option periods for a total contract period not to exceed five (5) years.
