- The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Connecticut Public Broadcasting Network, Inc. 1049 Asylum Avenue, Hartford, CT 06105; for a marketing and advertising campaign on CPTV Sports website and live broadcasting for the period of 10 July 2013 through 10 July 2014. The campaign consists of CT National Guard's (:15 second) commercial airing on all website pages - dates tbd. Web Banner Ads appearing on all website pages - dates tbd. Link from www.cptvsports.org to the CT National Guard's website and Fan Page - dates tbd. Table/Sponsor signage at fifteen of our live high school and college games. (:10 sec) Sponsor ID read by the announcers at each live game. Each game will be rebroadcast multiple times. CT National Guard's quote mark best offensive move of the game quote mark at live games. These initiatives will meet CTARNG recruiting purposes. Connecticut Public Broadcasting Network, Inc owns the advertising rights to the CPTV Sports website and live broadcasting. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
