- Description
- The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Harbor Yard Sports& Entertainment, 600 Main Street, Harbor Yard, CT 06604; for a marketing and advertising campaign within the Webster Bank Arena for the period of 15 July 2013 through 15 July 2014. The campaign consists of on-premises signage, and ticket utilization for all Arena events for CTARNG recruiting purposes. Harbor Yard Sports& Entertainment owns the advertising rights to the Webster Arena and all events that take place at the arena. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
