- Attachment Number Two - GPAT Attachment Number One - Security ClausesSection 508 requirements Solicitation details and specifications The purpose of this requirement is to procure a web based program to schedule Clinical Center Pharmacy staff, specifically Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technicians. The National Institutes of Health, Clinical Center, Pharmacy Department needs a continuing scheduling tool that streamlines creating, modifying, issuing, and communicating schedules with the staff. The scheduling software shall provide the following features to meet the Pharmacy's needs. • Have the ability to do auto-generation of skill, preference, and shift specific schedules • Manage costs by averting over or under scheduling of staff • Be able to track labor costs • Reduces workload by allowing staff to send staffing requests online • Staff can access and managing schedule remotely online • Aligning staff needs with personal schedules • Aids in the preparation of leave, labor costs, safety, and accountability reports that are easily generated from accumulated data generated for individuals, shifts, and departments • Web-based program requiring no hardware or software installation • Click and drag editing features • Built in rotations and templates • Inclusion of set shifts and cycles, taking into account unique needs such as double shifts, preferred consecutive scheduling patterns, training, night/day shifts, and weekend rotations • Report time span is flexible and will allow users to view many weeks of schedules with one quick step • Program can be immediately customized for current and future pharmacy staffing needs Please refer to the attachment entitled solicitation for the complete details and specifications for this requirement.
