Description

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor (FLCPH) Regional Contracting Office intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract on behalf of the Commander, United States Pacific Command (USPACOM) to Xerox Corporation, 7900 Westpark Drive Suite A400, McLean VA 22102. This contract is for the acquisition of Xerox XC560G and EX560. Xerox Corporation is the only qualified source to fulfill this requirement. This procurement will be conducted under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The NAICS code is 333244 and the applicable business size is 500 employees. This procurement action is issued on a sole source basis. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses are due by July 16, 2013 12:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time (HST), to Patricia Murakami, who may be reached through electronic mail at patricia.murakami@navy.mil.
