- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA4625-13-Q-0030. This procurement is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 335999. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is 500 Employees. All offers are to remain valid for a period of 60 days or more. Basis for Award; The Government will award a contract from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Items required are listed below: Prepare your quote in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Work titled Uninterrupted Power Supply. CLIN Quantity Unit of Issue Description Total Price 0001 1 package UPS System IAW SOW **SITE VISIT - One site visit will be held on July 10th at 0900 AM CST. Interested parties must make a reservation no later than 3:00 PM CST on July 9th. Reservations can be made via email to 509cons.sollgcb@us.af.mil, or by calling SSgt Eric Wienke directly at 660-687-2595. There is a strict limit of 2 persons per firm allowed for attendance to the site visit. Persons attending the site visit must have a valid state's driver's license and no outstanding warrants for arrest. Vehicles entering the installation require all registration, insurance, and tags to be current.
