- Past Performance Questionnaire Technical Evaluation Criteria Statement of Work SF 1442 PROJECT TITLE: AAFES PAVERS PROJECT MAGNITUDE: IAW FAR 36.204(a): Between $25,000 and $100,000 METHOD OF SOLICITATION: RFP - Request for Proposal TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price Construction BIDDER INSTRUCTIONS: Complete information in Blocks 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, (A, B, & C), 30 (A, B, & C), Section B - Schedule and the following clause in their entirety: FAR 52.203-2, FAR 52.209-5,DFARS 252.209-7999, DFARS 252.247-7022 Responsive contractors shall return completed pages 1 - 3, along with any other information (drawings, pricing information, timelines, etc. - See Section L and M for list of requirements) believed to be necessary to convey understanding of this solicitation, to the Contracting Office prior to the closing date and time. A late offer shall only be considered under the circumstances described in FAR 52.215-1 DETAILS: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and all other items as necessary to complete the Work as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) - Attachment 1. This solicitation will only be available via the internet at the following address: http://www.FBO.gov. It is the responsibility of the contractor to monitor the site to view or receive updates and notifications to the solicitation. NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. This requirement has been set aside for the local economy. The local economy is defined as the Gulf Region. Only quotes from sources in the Gulf Region will be considered for award. Formal questions are due via e-mail no later than three (3) calendar days before the closing of this solicitation.
