This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is N00244-13-T-0173 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-66. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335311 with a small business size standard of 750.00 employees.This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes.The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2013-07-15 16:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com.FOB Destination shall be San Diego, CA 92135 The FLC - San Diego requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: GROUND POWER UNIT MIL-STD-704F, DFS-400, and ISO 6858 compliant Input Surge Protector Automatic Input Line Monitoring RS232 and USB Ports RS 485 or Ethernet Interface 15% Automatic Line Drop Compensation ? 8% Input Current Distortion Emergency Power "Off" Switch I/O Voltage, Current, and Frequency Monitoring Elapse Time Meter Front Panel Fault Indicators Pneumatic Tires Cable Racks for Input/Output Cables Power Input: 480V, 3 Phase, 50/60Hz, 75KVA, Maximum full load input current 101 amps Output 1: 120 V L-N / 208 V L-L, 3 phase, 400 Hz, +/- 1% THD at Full Load Output 2: 28 VDC, 600 amps continuous, 2000 amps engine start, < 4% Ripple at Full Load Cooling: Forced Convection *Ground Power Unit has to be able to handle both 400Hz and 28VDC simultaneously when running aircraft support. All connector are specifically designated to either match up with existing aircraft plugs or hanger plugs.
