- Solicitation Number: New_Architecture_and_Engineer_Requirement_Notice Notice Type: Notice Synopsis: SUBJECT: THIS IS A SYNOPSIS FOR ARCHITECT-ENGINEER DESIGN SERVICES: TITLE I, TITLE II, AND OTHER ARCHITECT-ENGINEERING SERVICES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN, CIVIL ENGINEERING, ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, FIRE PROTECTION ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING, PROJECT/PROGRAM MANAGER, COST ENGINEER/ESTIMATOR, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE, ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING, SOILS ENGINEERING, ROOFING, LAND SURVEYING, GEOSPATIAL SURVEYING, SURVEYING, AND MAPPING, INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE, BRIDGE INSPECTOR AND PLANNING. The 50th Contracting Squadron, Schriever AFB, CO desires to contract with Architect-Engineer (A-E) firms to perform Title I, Title II, and other A-E Services. It is the intent of the government to award two contracts; however, the government reserves the right to award more than two, one or none. The work includes all efforts necessary to manage and execute Title I, Title II, and other A-E Services primarily for traditional A-E Services for design. The Brooks Act selection procedures implemented according to FAR Subpart 36.6, will be used to competitively award this firm-fixed price ID/IQ. The intent is at minimum one 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Each basic ID/IQ contract will have a basic ordering period of one (1) year with up to four (4) one-year option periods. The basic ID/IQ contract will be structured to allow for the issuance of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task orders only. The task orders will be used to direct performance of the required effort.
