- The Bureau of Land Managment has a requirement for improvements to the Nephi Pasture Staging Area near Kanab, UT. The project will include the construction of a parking area, road realignment, fence, berm, gates and cattle guards as described in the attachments. **Please note that evaluation factors will be used to determine the best value to the government.
