- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) - FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to Joint Task Force Civil Support (Joint Base Langley Eustis (JBLE)), located at 1504 Madison Ave., Fort Eustis, VA 23604. There is only one source approved by JBLE to provide this service. The scope of the requirement is to provide annual cable television and internet service with IP addresses for JBLE. The requirement will be awarded by 633d Contracting Office (JBLE), Langley AFB, VA. The NAICS code for this requirement is 517110. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be available for this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated service can provide supporting documents demonstrating their product capability and specifications within three (3) business days after date of publication of this notice of intent.
