- MSG-3 MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is DJM-13-A37-Q-0019 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-68 effective June 26, 2013. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 488190, with a size standard of $30 million. This RFQ is being issued as "100% total small business set-aside." Award will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable. Quotes should include Firm Fixed Pricing (FFP) and evidence (i.e product literature) to convenience the government that all the requirements in the attached Statement of Work can be met. A list of contract line items numbers(s): 0001 - Development of the MSG-3 Low Utilization Maintenance Program (LUMP), 1 EA @ $__________ NLT 30 days for Date of Award (DOA) 0002 - One year subscription service to the MSG-3 LUMP, 1 EA @ $______________ Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: See Statement of Work, entitled U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) Boeing 737-400 Aircraft Maintenance Management System. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1102, prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) System. www.sam.gov The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items with their quote, or certify that such information is available under the System for Award Management (SAM); which includes the functionality from the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
