- Amended ReturnPacket.doc Amended RFQ.doc SF-30 Amendment number 2 Work to be performed is the operation and maintenance of the Nursery Management Information System (NMIS) in an Access database with the ability to make modifications, updates, revisions to the database, and create new reports from the database. NMIS is a system that holds, tracks, and calculates all ordering, culturing, production, processing, shipping and billing data related to the Forest Service Nursery operation. Provide training to two key employees on operation and maintenance, data entry & retrieval, data modifications, updates, database revistions, troubleshooting and creating new reports from the Nursery Management Information System in the activities of ordering, culturing, production, processing, shipping, and billing of all nursery products. Produce written guides for each activity and hands on training for each guide. Work site is the J. Herbert Stone Nursery, Central Point, Oregon. Performance period is approximately one year. Contractor will be required to take "Security Awareness and Privacy Basics Training" after contract award. Note: Prospective awardee shall be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base prior to awad. Information on registration may be obtained via the internet at: http://www.sam.gov. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications in the SAM system.
