- AMENDMENT 0001 AMENDMENT 0001 - SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS ALL QUOTATIONS IN RESPONSE TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE ATTENTION OF SANDRA THIBODEAU AT SANDRA.I.THIBODEAU@USCG.MIL, VIA FAX (305) 278-6696 OR BY MAIL TO CEU MIAMI, 15608 SW 117TH AVENUE, MIAMI, FL 33177. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This project is to furnish all labor, materials and equipment to the demolition and disposal of the Storage Building SSD Paris Landing in Buchanan, Tennessee. Work includes but is not limited to demolition of approximately 2000 SF one story steel storage building including removal of concrete slab, foundations and utilities. Utilities consist of electrical lighting; new underground pull-box, load center, conduit and wiring circuit to "Pole Barn" building, adjacent to the demolished structure; fill and hand tamping of the excavated foundation and slabs; providing native sod over the excavated building footprint. The performance period will be 60 calendar days. The estimated price range of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2007 code is 237990. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $33.5 million. A payment protection is required. The anticipated award date is 30 days after quotations are due. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this agency.
