- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included with or attached to this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-67. THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. Competition for this requirement will be a 100% set-aside for Small Business. The Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) Albany, Georgia intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332312- Fabricated Structure Metal Manufacturing; Size Standard 500 employees applies. The government reserves the right to make one, multiple or no award resulting from this solicitation. Notes: 1. DRAWINGS ARE POSTED ON THE CONTRACTS DEPARTMENT WEBSITE. http://www.logcom.usmc.mil/contracts/solicit/ (see above Solicitation Number). 2.Offerors shall state their proposed delivery schedule, if other than the governments desired schedule stated in the Statement of Requirement(SOR). 3. The sample kit is required for the government to verify the contractor ™s compliance with the SOR. 4.Delivery: Marine Corps Logistics Base, Whse 1330, Door 7, Bay 2, Albany GA 31704. śFOB Destination pricing is recommended/ preferred ť. CLIN 0001: First Sample “ SIXCON WATER TANK FRAME KITS, Qty (1 each), Fabricate in accordance with Statement of Requirement (SOR) (S-080-07A19003-D),dtd: 14 May 2013 and drawings provided. The awarded contractor is to produce and deliver the first sample kit for verification that the product meets all the specifications of the SOR. The contractor shall not produce/deliver any subsequent kits (CLIN 0002), without receiving written authorization to proceed from the Contracting Officer. CLIN 0002: Production Quantity “ SIXCON WATER TANK FRAME KITS, Qty (28 each), Fabricate in accordance with (SOR) (S-080-07A19003-D),,dtd: 14 May 2013, and applicable drawings provided. The contractor shall not produce/deliver any kits of this CLIN without receiving written approval from the Contracting Officer. Offers will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 considering the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer and past performance.
