- Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform refuse/garbage collection services to include but not limited to maintain, empty, and service refuse/garbage containers and to pick up other specified refuse/garbage at eleven (11) parks and lake at Lake O' the Pines, Jefferson, TX. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a 1 year base period and 2 option periods (option period 1 for 1 year and option period 2 for 1 year) and an estimated value between $100,000 and $250,000.
