- THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. This Presolicitation notice is issued by the Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), to announce that it intends to issue RFP W911W4-13-T-0033 for a Pelco CCTV System. The requested components must meet the following specifications: Pelco Model BU6-IRWV50-6 Long Range IR Vandal-Resistant Bullet Camera, quantity of 20 Pelco Model MCS16-20SB Indoor Power Supply quantity of 2 Pelco DC8116-4000 Hybrid Digital Video Recorder, quantity of 1 Pelco Model PP350 Parpapet Wall Mount, quantity of 16 The Government intends to solicit a Firm Fixed Priced effort as a set-aside for small businesses in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. The primary purpose of this notice is to improve small business access to acquisition information and enhance competition. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this synopsis and all costs associated with responding will be solely at the interested parties' expense. Not responding to this synopsis does not preclude participation in any future and potential solicitation. If a formal solicitation is released, it will be posted on FedBid. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement has been changed from: NAICS of 423410 with a size standard of 100 employees - TO - NAICS of 334220 with a size standard of 750 employees.
