Description
This sources sought announcement issued by the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Pacific Regional Office Acquisitions is conducting market research to seek and identify potential Indian-owned economic enterprises that may possess the ability to provide day to day management of a CISCO Voice Over IP (VOIP) telephone network located in Sacramento, CA. This system provides local telephone service to office users as well as long distance calling services. This is an Indian-owned economic enterprise set-aside Sources Sought Notice only. This sources sought is not an issuance of a solicitation, a request for proposal, invitation for bid, or request for quote and the information presented in this announcement will not obligate the BIA in any manner. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 811213 with a small business size of $10 million. The period of performance will be from the date of award through September 30, 2014. Interested and eligible Indian-owned economic enterprises are encouraged to respond to this notice not later than Wednesday July 10, 2013 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time to Jodi Zachary at jodi.zachary@bia.gov. All responses/capability statements should include a minimum of: - company name - point of contact name, phone number, email, business status (i.e., Indian-owned, minority-owned, small, woman-owned, service disabled veteran owned, hubzone, (8)a, etc.), Indication of current Systems for Award Management (SAM) registration and FAR 52.212-3 -- Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. Interested Indian-owned economic enterprises shall have qualifications which include but are not limited to: A minimum have five years successful design and installation experience who, in the last three years, have installed two systems similar to that required for this project; Availability of one or more Cisco CCIE engineers to provide continued support; and A voice engineer with a minimum of two years field experience in the design and installation of local area networks and Cisco Voice over IP systems. This engineer shall be assigned for the duration of the project and shall not be replaced without written approval from BIA. Further contractor requirements will be listed in the Statement of work. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS SUCH. The government is conducting market research only. All information is to be provided on a voluntary basis at no charge to the Government. There is no entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs related to or arising out of responses received by the Government from interested contractors. All information/materials provided to the government will become the property of the Government and will not be returned. Proprietary information will be controlled and secured.
