- Request for Information (RFI) Relocation of KC-130J ISO Maintenance Stand P/N 81-000-1 1. INTRODUCTION: This Request For Information (RFI) is for the relocation of KC-130J ISO Maintenance Stand PN 81-000-1 at USMC VMGR-152 FWD in Okinawa, Japan. The service encompasses relocating KC-130J ISO Maintenance Stand at USMC VMGR-152 FWD in Okinawa, Japan to USMC MALS-12 in Iwakuni, Japan, breakdown and buildup of KC-130J ISO Maintenance Stand, and certification for operation at new location. 2. PURPOSE: The USMC VMGR-152 FWD in Okinawa, Japan will be relocating to USMC MALS-12 in Iwakuni, Japan in May-June 2014. The KC-130J ISO Maintenance Stand PN 81-000-1 currently at USMC VMGR-152 FWD in Okinawa, Japan is required to be relocated to USMC MALS-12 in Iwakuni, Japan in May-June 2014. The contract for relocation of the test stand will include identification of all efforts associated with relocating, breakdown and buildup, replacement of consumable hardware (if applicable), and certification for operation at new site. 3. REQUIREMENT: KC-130J ISO Maintenance Stand PN 81-000-1 at USMC VMGR-152 FWD in Okinawa, Japan is required to be relocated to USMC MALS-12 in Iwakuni, Japan. Appendix A illustrates the configurations of KC-130J ISO Maintenance Stand PN 81-000-1 at USMC VMGR-152 FWD in Okinawa, Japan. (See Appendix A for approximate size specifications.) Effort includes: • Breakdown of KC-130J ISO Maintenance Stand PN 81-000-1 at USMC VMGR-152 FWD in Okinawa, Japan • Buildup of KC-130J ISO Maintenance Stand PN 81-000-1 at USMC MALS-12 in Iwakuni, Japan • Packaging of KC-130J ISO Maintenance Stand PN 81-000-1 at USMC VMGR-152 FWD in Okinawa, Japan • Shipping of KC-130J ISO Maintenance Stand PN 81-000-1 to USMC MALS-12 in Iwakuni, Japan • Replacement of consumable hardware (if applicable) on the KC-130J ISO Maintenance Stand PN 81-000-1 • Certified operation of the KC-130J ISO Maintenance Stand PN 81-000-1 once buildup at USMC MALS-12 in Iwakuni, Japan is complete.
