- The Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract (FFP) to SSK Military Industries, 1008 Monroe Road, Lebanon, OH, 45036 for the procurement of Cypres Military 1-Pin 1500 Ft Parachute Safety Device s. Statutory authority: FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source Can Satisfy Agency Requirements. Per NAVSEAINST 13512.1M, the Cypress-2 AAD 1-Pin Parachute Safety Devices are the only authorized system for use by NSWDG. The estimated value of this acquisition is $202,986.50. This is not a request for competitive quotes, but serves as a procurement notice to fulfill public posting requirements in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(1).
