- Past Performance Questionnaire Questions and Answer Matrix Wage Determination RDC-6 DD254 HTC711-13-R-W001, RDC-6 RFP This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The solicitation number for this requirement is HTC711-13-R-W001, and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-68 dated 26 June 2013. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 483111, Deep Sea Freight Transportation with a size standard of 500 employees. See the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) for the list of contract line item numbers for pricing and selection criteria. CARE HQ will be available for rate inputs on Friday, 12 July 2013 at 4:00 p.m. Central Time. The purpose of this requirement is to provide scheduled liner ocean transportation services to and from the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. The anticipated awards will be mulitiple Firm Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts. Awards are based on Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable. The applicable FAR provisions and clauses are listed in the attached RFP. Proposals are due Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. Central Time. All questions will be submitted in writing no later than Wednesday, 17 July 2013 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time.
