- The Philadelphia Office of the U.S. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department intends to renew Cisco SmartNet Maintenance & Cisco Unified Communications Software Subscriptions in support of Cisco hardware/software employed by The Joint Staff, J7. Cisco Systems, Inc., through its authorized resellers, is considered to be the only responsible source capable of providing the required maintenance & software subscriptions in support of the existing Cisco unclassified and classified enterprise network infrastructure of The Joint Staff, Suffolk, VA. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b), as the required services & subscriptions are peculiar to one manufacturer, Cisco SmartNet Maintenance & Cisco Unified Communications Software Subscriptions are being procured on a sole source basis utilizing FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures as supplemented by the procedures of FAR Part 12. The award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order(s) is anticipated. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code are D320 & 811213, respectively. All responsible sources authorized by the manufacturer as resellers of its maintenance services & software subscriptions may submit quotations to fulfill this requirement; maintenance must be quoted as months or quarters of services to be invoiced in arrears. Vendors providing quotations must be registered in the Government ™s System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award; see www.sam.gov for further information and instructions. The resultant solicitation, when issued, will be made available electronically at www.neco.navy.mil. The actual closing date/time for the receipt of quotations will be established in the solicitation.
