- The U.S. Government has a requirement for EnCase license renewal and support maintnenance and HBGary Proffesional Edition Support maintenance. This will be a small business set-aside under NAICS Code 511210. The size standard is $35.5M. It is the Government's intent to issue a Firm-Fixed Price type contract resulting from this requirement. The requirement consists of the following items: EnCase Cybersecurity, Part # 310602100, Qty =1; EnCase Enterprise, Part# 310601010, Qty =1; HBGary Professional Edition Support maintenance, Part# HB-102SM, Qty = 4. The period of performance is for a base year (27 Jul 2013 - 26 Jul 2014) and two option years. The complete Solicitation with the Performance Work Statement will be released on or around 9 July 2013. Offerors should refer to the solicitation for details regarding the requirements. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities site at https://www.fbo.gov/. Offers will not be accepted from any third party agencies. Proposals will be accepted directly from authorized EnCase / HBGary support providers only. All responsible and responsive offers received prior to the closing date and time will be considered. Interested sources are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any future amendments from the website.
