- Description
- The U.S. Government seeks 11,900 USF of office space and 20 reserved parking spaces within the below-defined delineated area. The lease shall be a full service lease, including all utilities, janitorial services, and parking. The term shall be 10 years, with the initial 5 years as a firm term. Janitorial services shall be provided during normal business hours. The space shall be contiguous space on one floor when available. If contiguous space is not available but an offeror can provide the square footage requirement in one building location, a maximum of 25% of the overall square footage requirement can be located one or two floors above or below the main space offered. It is preferable not to have space located on the ground floor of a facility; however, if a space on the ground floor is an interior space or a windowed space with privacy film, the government will consider it. The space shall not be adjacent to outside fire escapes, ledges, or mezzanines and in some cases, balconies. The Government must not be collocated in buildings or areas that handle, store, or ship Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Roof top access required for installation and maintenance of vertical antennas. All roof top mounted devices will require cabling from roof top location to designated space within building. Antennas will be placed on non-penetrating roof mount sytems using standard cement blocks for ballast and anchor. Antennas require vertical clearance of 25 to 50 feet and free of any building obstruction so to reduce transmission interference and reception of Satellite signal. Building must be able to accomodate heavy visitor access. 24 hour/7 days per week access to building and parking required.
