Description

The Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), San Diego, Contracting Department in accordance with statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplier or servicing activity will satisfy agency requirements as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price requirement on a sole source basis to DIT-MCO. Cage Code 19362, 5612 Brighton Terrace, Kansas City, Missouri 64130 for the procurement of an upgrade to the existing Automatic Wiring Analyzer (AWA), interconnecting cables, and four (4) each custom mobile test stands. This procurement is to support the Fleet Readiness Center South West (FRCSW), San Diego, CA 92135. This requirement is being issued on a sole source basis to DIT-MCO International which possesses the knowledge, capabilities, experience and owns the proprietary rights to the software required to manufacture this AWA. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for said items is 336413, Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing.
