Description

The Philadelphia VA Medical Center is seeking sources to provide maintenance services for our facility's CM3 TAC I/A Series, Barber Colman Network 8000 and Niagara Systems. To the best of our knowledge, CM3 is the only qualified, certified and licensed contractor to work on these particular systems. CM3 developed the proprietary software and programming systems, owns the end user license, and they do not permit other firms to lease or use it. The NAICS code for these services is 238220. Contractor must (1) have certifications for all three subject systems, (2) be experienced in providing programming support for all three systems; (3) have access to repair materials for system components for all three systems within a 24-hour turn-around time; (4) be able to provide qualified maintenance support 24 hours per week on-site; (5) provide a dispatcher to handle service requests for Philadelphia VAMC from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday; and (6) provide qualified maintenance support in response to emergency calls within two (2) hours of notification.
