Description

Liquidated Damages Clause Construction Clauses Wage Determination Lighting Ductwork Interior Painting Acoustical Ceiling Selective Demo Complete Scope of Work Request for Quotation The contractor shall be responsible for all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace the existing ceiling system and light fixtures, install HVAC diffusers and grills, and prepare and paint walls, doors, and frames in the 4th Floor Common Areas of the Robert Denney Federal Building. Site visits will be conducted on Tuesday, July 16, 2013, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. CT, OR 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. CT. Contractors will meet Terry Morgan in Room 156 and begin the site visit from there. Site visits may not be permitted at any other time.
