- The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD INTENTS TO SOLE SOURCE under solicitation number W91ZLK-13-T-0708. This procurement action is being conducted under FAR part 13 and 6.302-1 with the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), to Life Technologies Corp., 3175 Staley Rd., Grand Island, NY 14072-2090, as only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirement; therefore proposals cannot be submitted directly on this notice. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325413. The resultant purchase order will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-56. The requirement is to procure the following item: CLIN: 0001 Platinum TAQ DNA Polymerase: Qty. 10 CLIN: 0002 Shipping This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes however; all information received by 10 July 2013 will be considered by the Government. All interested vendors must respond by 10 July 2013, 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Responses shall be submitted to the point of contact Pamela Paradis via e-mail, www. pamela.s.paradis.civ@mail.mil.
