- South Cardinal Buoy SOW (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is F2N33Q3164A001, TRZR 13-1002 ; this solicitation is a Request for Quotation. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-68, DPN 20130627 and AFAC 2013-0327. (iv) There is no small business set-aside for this acquisition. This acquisition will be full and open competition; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332313. This award will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). (v) PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 60 Days ADC. CLIN: 0001 : Replace Navigation South Cardinal Buoy in accordance with the attached SOW. FOB: Destination (vi) See paragraph (v). And attached ( Statement of Work.) (vii) Place of Delivery: Praia Da Vitoria, Portugal. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
