- Single award contract for the period August 1, 2013 to July 31, 2014, plus up to 4 option year extensions for the IRS/NDC, Bloomington, IL. Anticipate approximately 34 orders per year, in a time critical schedule where most order will be placed between October and January, for approximately 10 to 800 copies per order, with approximately 40 to 600 pages per order. Trim size 8-1/2 x 11". Prints black ink and an additional PMS color. Operations include electronic prepress, printing, drilling, binding, shrink film wrapping, packing, and distribution.
