Description

Class A building to house the United States Department of Agriculture in a pre-existing building, a building currently under construction, or in a building to be constructed at a location accepted by USDA. The delineated area is bounded on the North by the San Francisco county line; West along Rte 35; South along Rte 92; East along the San Francisco Bay. USDA is seeking a 20 year lease, 10 years firm term. Space requirements include approx 25,000 to 27,000ABOA sf. 11,844 square feet located on the first floor if split level. All space must be continguous. 5-8 loading docks and onsite reserved parking for 24 vehicles, with general parking for 30 vehicles within two blocks. Public transit must be available within one quarter mile of location. Site must accommodate tractor/trailers (semis) for off-loading and turning radius separate from public parking entrances.
