- This solicitation for sources sought has been amended to a pre-solicition under the same solication number of 57-6395-15-001. Additionally, the pre-solicitation now reflects a square foot range of 25,000 to 27,000 usf which is also listed below and replaces the previous sources sought sf of approx 24,600 Class A building to house the United States Department of Agriculture Plant Inspection Station in a pre-existing building, a building currently under construction, or in a building to be constructed at a location accepted by USDA. The delineated area is bounded by the North as the San Francisco county line; West along Route 35; South along Rte 92; then East along the San Francisco Bay. USDA is seeking a 20 year lease, 10 years firm term. Space requirements include approx 25,000 to 27,000 square feet of ANSI BOMA office area (previously "USEABLE"). 11,844 square feet located on the first floor if split level. All space must be contiguous. Required 5-8 loading docks and onsite reserved parking for 24 vehicles. Generall parking for 30 vehicles within two blocks. Public transit must be available within one quarter mile of loction. Site must accommodate tractor/trailers (semis) for off-loading and turning radius separate from public parking entrances.
