If there is not an incumbent, what is the estimated dollar value range for this requirement? The Request for Information has been issued to help estimate the dollar value range of this requirement. In addition, the following statement is for those vendors interested in a sole source opportunity regarding this requirement. Please read the statement below: This requirement is not subject to sole source award at this time. The Government seeks to entertain various offers from vendors to ensure that the G overnment receives the best possible value. Promoting competition is the most efficient method to ensure the G overnment receives the best product available value for the dollars spent. When awarding a requirement as a sole source it has to be proven that the proposed vendor is the only vendor who can provide the product and service requested. At this time the G overnment is not certain of that factor therefore the competitive process must continue. While we appreciate your enthusiasm we must be fair and consider all interested parties at this time. Please review the Request for Information and submit the requested information in the format requested by close of business 3pm on July 17, 2013. Thank you for your consideration. Ms. Shelton
