Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New York City: White Plains Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: Cross Westchester Expressway to Westchester Avenue Eastern Boundary: Westchester Avenue and Bloomingdale Road, to Bryant Avenue Southern Boundary: Bryant Avenue to Sterling Avenue, to W. New York Post Road 22 to Quimby Avenue, to Walworth Avenue, to Bronx River Parkway Western Boundary: Bronx River Parkway and Walworth Avenue, to Cross Westchester Expressway Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,413 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,375 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must be a single floor contiguous office space. The space must be serviced by at least two (2) elevators, one of which may serve as a freight elevator. Space below grade is unacceptable. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain. Expressions of interest should include the following information: 1. Building name and address, and location of space in the building 2. Legal description 3. One-eighth inch scale drawing of the space being offered 4. ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 5. Rentable Square Feet offered and Rental Rate per square foot. (Specifying services, utilities, electricity and tenant improvement allowance included) 6. Percentage of Common Area Factor used to determine the Rentable Square Feet 7. Name, address, telephone number and email address of individual to be contacted Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
