- GENERAL C.1 Scope of Work: The work shall consist of what is shown on the plans, stated in the specifications, and summarized below: • Fabricate and deliver to the location below all of the precast footing segments and materials by September 3, 2013. C.2 Project Location: The Upper Last Change Creek culvert is located at milepost 4.0 on the Burnt Mountain Road (NFSR 506) in the White River National Forest, Pitkin County, Colorado: 39º 21' 55.1" N and 106º 38" 01.4" W. Directions: From Basalt, CO take the Fryingpan Road (Co Rd 104) east for approximately 26 miles. Slight Left onto North Fork Road (Co Rd 4b/NFSR 501) for approximately 2.6 miles. Deliver footings to the Burnt Mountain Road (NFSR 506) junction on the North Fork Road as coordinated with the Forest Service. See attached map. C.3 Work Procedure: All work related to this project shall be done in accordance with all applicable OSHA and State of Colorado regulations.
