Description
The Western Montana Acquisition Zone anticipates awarding a contract for removal of an existing timber bridge and replace it with a tri-deck concrete structure. The work is located on the Swan Lake Ranger District of the Flathead National Forest. The precise details of performing work are not stipulated except as considered essential for the completion of the work. Furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work according tot he contract. The Government estimates the value of the work to be between $150,000 and $250,000. Recommended contract completion time is August 31, 2014. A site visit is scheduled for August 13, 2013 at 10:30am. Address: The project is located on the Swan Lake Ranger District of the Flathead National Forest, Lake County, Montana. It can be reached from Bigfork, MT by taking the Swan Hwy (Hwy 83) South approximately 20 miles and turning left onto NFS Road # 680 across from the Swan River National Wildlife Refuge. Continue on NFS Road # 680 2.3 miles to the bridge site., United States
