- FirstNet_Transport RFI_Final FirstNet_Transport RFI Instructions_Final FirstNet (FN), an organization established under The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), requests information on Transmission/Transport. Please see the attached Request For Information (RFI). Please be reassured that FirstNet will protect all vendor's/responder's proprietary information. Please mark any information provided in response to this RFI that you wish to protect from public disclosure as "proprietary", and FirstNet will protect it accordingly. FirstNet will not release to the public any information marked "proprietary" without a vendor's express permission. Furthermore, RFI responders are advised that all individuals who have supported FirstNet in the development of requirements for this solicitation, both as contractor personnel or as government personnel, are prohibited from disclosing proprietary or source selection information and from directly or indirectly providing information, support or consultation to third parties in any way regarding any vendor's participation in any acquisition to meet FirstNet's requirements. Please note that the vendors should not presume that the identified NAICS codes are limiting the response to this RFI in any way. FirstNet hopes to get responses from all interested responsible vendors.
