- Description
- The purpose of Amendment A00001 is to: (A) Clarify that the correct NAICS code for this procurement is 541512. NAICS code 541611 was inadvertently stated on the FBO announcement and page 102 of the original solicitation; and (B) Announce that the deadline for submittal of questions in response to this solicitation is 12:00PM EST on Monday, July 15, 2013. Questions shall be submitted via email to Robert Kately, Contract Specialist, at Robert.Kately@va.gov. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Acquisition Operations, Technology Acquisition Center, located at 260 Industrial Way West, Eatontown, NJ, intends to enter into a 6-month Time-and-Materials (T&M) contract with two 12-month Option Periods (if exercised) to acquire program, financial, and acquisition support for the integrated Electronic Health Record (iEHR) Interagency Program Office (IPO). In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127(d), also known as the Veterans First Contracting Program, as implemented by FAR 19.1405(b), this acquisition will be set aside for competition amongst verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) only. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) Code/Size is 541612. This solicitation shall close on Monday, July 29, 2013. The Points of Contact (POCs) for this action are Robert Kately, Contract Specialist, Robert.Kately@va.gov, and Mark Junda, Contracting Officer, Mark.Junda@va.gov.
