Solicitation Wage Determination Contract Data Requirment List Performance Work Statement Data Item Description Pricing Sheets This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached at this time. The solicitation number is FA8224-13-R-0089 and the solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66. Service under this CLIN is for all equipment identified in Appendix B of the Performance Work Statement. Unit of Issue: Lot, QTY: 1, 29 Aug 2013 - 28 Aug 2016 CLIN 0011, T&M, Materials: Materials, replacement parts in excess of $500 in accordance with Performance Work Statement paragraph 1.2.1 will be billed under this CLIN. Unit of Issue: LOT, QTY: 1, 29 Aug 2013- 28 Aug 2016 CLIN 0012, T&M, Over and Above: Over and Above work to be completed on this CLIN are fro two purposes such as, in accordance with Performance Work Statement paragraph 1.2.4. The contractor is not responsible for cost of repair including labor and parts, for adjustments, repair and replacement of parts due to the fault or negligence of the government. Also, in the case where relocation service requires unusual circumstances such as stairs and obstructions. In these instances the contractor will be allowed to bill additional charges to fix the machines. Contrator shall provide labor categories and rates for this CLIN. Unit of Issue: LOT, QTY: 1, 29 Aug 2013 - 28 Aug 2016. CLIN 0013, Firm-Fixed Price, Data (per CDRLs): NOT SEPARATELY PRICED LINE ITEM for data in accordance with CDRLs. This service requirement is to provide trained personnel, transportation, equipment, parts, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items and services necessary to maintain lekriver/ rotary files operation at Hill AFB. The place of performance, delivery and acceptance will be at Hill Air Force Base, UT from approximately 29 Aug 2013 - 28 Aug 2016 with FOB Destination.
