- TO 35-1-2 Equipment to be painted Authorized Entry List for Security Forces - Must be submitted to Contracting 5 days prior to the site visit being held July 25, 2013. Solicitation for AGE Painting The 121st ARW intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for Aircraft Generation Equipment (AGE) painting located at Rickenbacker ANG, Columbus Ohio (Franklin County). This project will be provide to transportation to and from Rickenbacker ANG, removal of rust, spray prime coats and final costs in an OSHA and NFPA approved paint booth for designated Aircraft Generation Equipment (AGE). The 121MX representative will inspect material/finsihed product prior to acceptance. The project duration is 180 days after NTP. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238320, with a size standard of $14,000,000.00. The magnitude is between $30,000 and $70,000. Your attention is directed to the tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or about 10 July 2013. The tentative date for the site visit is on-or about 25 July 2013 9:00AM local time (EST), location will be in solicitation. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. All questions for the solicitation must be submitted by 31 July 2013 via email 121arw.contracting@ang.af.mil. The subject line should read as follows: Reference Solicitation No. W91364-13-T-0027, AGE Painting. The solicitation due date is scheduled for on-or about 9 August 2013 at 10:00 AM EST. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation. Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Firms can register via the SAM internet site at www.sam.gov. Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at http://orca.bpn.gov. You will need your DUNS number and SAM MPIN in order to log in to the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website. The solicitation and associated information and the plans and specifications will be available only from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website on-line at https://www.fbo.gov/. FedBizOpps is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies. Interested bidders/offerors must register with FedBizOpps before accessing the system. FedBizOpps registration requires the following information: 1) System for Award Management (SAM) Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN), 2) DUNS Number and CAGE Code, 3) Telephone Number, 4) Email address.
