- This is a sources sought notice for information and acquisition planning purposes only. This is not a request for proposals and a formal solicitation is not available at this time. The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) is seeking responsible businesses with SOF specific experience in providing Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) Training Support. Programmatic training support to include records management, curriculum development, academic instruction and practical field exercises. This acquisition may be conducted using FAR 12 and/ or 15. Interested, responsible concerns should submit a capabilities statement (not to exceed five pages) that demonstrates their capability to provide services and that demonstrate positive past performance. The capabilities statement shall include vendor name, address, CAGE code, point of contact (POC) information, and small business status (8a, small, small disadvantaged, women-owned, HUBZone, veteran-owned, or service-disabled veteran-owned) for the interested firm. The capabilities statement should identify, by contract number, past or current contracts and/or subcontracts that were awarded, period of performance, contract type, contract amount, a description of the relevant experience gained, and a customer POC. The capabilities statement shall include if your firm can perform all or some of the requirement. The Government will not respond to concerns that do not follow the submission instructions in this notice. The Government will evaluate each respondent's capabilities statement to determine if the respondent has the requisite experience and past performance to complete the requirements described herein, and will advise each respondent in writing either that they will be invited to participate in the resultant acquisition or, based on the information submitted, that they are unlikely to be a viable competitor. The Government will advise respondents considered not to be viable competitors of the general basis for that opinion. Notwithstanding the advice provided by the Government in response to their capability submissions, respondents may still participate in the resultant acquisition. All responses should be forwarded to Natalie Rodriguez (natalie.rodriguez@navsoc.socom.mil) and Gregory Orr (gregory.orr@navsoc.socom.mil). IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.
