- Title: Notice of Intent for award of sole source purchase order for X-Ray Tube, Empyrean, CU, Long Fine Focus HR. Maximum Power is 1.8kW, for the Air Force Research Laboratories (AFRL). Description: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The AFNWC/PZIA Kirtland AFB, NM intends to solicit and negotiate a contract to PANalytical Inc, for the purchase of a X-Ray Tube, Empyrean, CU, Long Fine Focus HR. Maximum Power is 1.8kW, which are manufactured by PANalytical Inc, who owns and design details to this product and is the sole distributor. Anticipated Award date is on or about 16 July 2013. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement within three (3) days of this announcement. The FSC Code is 5895, the NAICS Code is 334516, and the Size Standard is 500 employees.
