DFAR 252.209-7998 DFAR 252.209-7999 This is notice that Naval Special Warfare Command, JEB Little Creek, Virginia Beach, VA 23459 intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to Viasat, Inc., 6155 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, Ca 92009 for Viasat, Inc proprietary Controlled Cryptographic equipment. This equipment is required to function with a portable satellite system Mfg: Viasat, Inc This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement or submitting quotes by July 25th, 10:00pm eastern time by email to jacqueline.handley@navsoc.socom.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
