- The requirements outlined herein are for Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) VA528-13-R-0133. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State:New York County:Columbia or Greene County, New York Delineated Area:Columbia or Greene County, New York Minimum Net Usable Sq. Ft. (NUSF):4,067 NUSF of Contiguous Space Maximum Net Usable Sq. Ft. (NUSF):4,150 NUSF of Contiguous Space Parking Spaces (Total):Total: 24 On-Site Parking Spaces. 17 spaces shall be reserved and marked (including 4 van accessible handicapped stalls) Full Term:10 Years Firm Term:5 Years Option Term:5, 1-Year Options The requirements for this procurement are specified in RLP VA528-13-R-0133 and accompanying solicitation documents. Potential offerors shall thoroughly and completely read all documents in the solicitation package accompanying RLP VA528-13-R-0133. Offers are due Tuesday, August 13, 2013, 4:00PM EST. The solicitation package, along with any amendments and all clarifications and other notices related to this RLP shall be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and shall reference Solicitation No. VA528-13-R-0133. It is the responsibility of offerors to monitor the FBO website for any notices related to this project. Requests for clarification regarding RLP VA528-13-R-0133 shall be submitted via email only to the Government's Contracting Officer (CO) no later than Thursday August 1, 2013, 3:00PM EST. With respect to all matters relating to the lease acquisition for the subject project, only the Government's CO designated below shall have the authority to issue and amend the RLP and award a Lease.
