- The Contractor shall provide a Nationally Certified Musculoskeletal Action Team/Athletic Training and Strength Conditioning Program (MAT)/ATSCP per National Strength and Conditioning Association, for the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) at Fort Benning, GA, in a number sufficient to provide the services described below. MAT/ATSCP shall provide recognition, initial assessment, immediate first aid, and on-site acute and chronic injury management of musculoskeletal injuries to Soldiers. The MAT/CSCSs shall serve as subject matter experts concerning injury prevention, rehabilitation, remedial training, physical training along with strength and conditioning within the MCoE.
