Description

This acquisition is to obtain a firm fixed price requirements contract for the purpose of repairing and overhauling Noun: Aircraft Drum Winch, Input NSN: 1680-01-445-8278GA, Part Number: 42315-17 and Output NSN: 1680-01-609-3765GC, Part Number: 44314-10-104. Also included in this acquisition is Noun: High Performance Hoist (External Rescue Hoist), Input NSN 1680-01-058-3671GA Part Number: 42305-1 and Output NSN 1730-01-474-1646GC, Part Number: 42305-3. These assets are applicable to the HH-60G and UH-1N Helicopters. The requirements contract will have a basic performance period of one year plus four annual options. Hoist (NSN-3671 and -1646) is 3 each within 30 calendar days after receipt of order or reparable. This is a sole source requirement to Goodrich Corporation, 2727 Imperial Highway, Brea, CA 92821-6713 IAW Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Data or rights are not owned by the Government for this solicitation. Approximate issue date of solicitation is 29 July 2013. Approximate response date is 28 August 2013.
