THE VENDOR SHALL ALSO PROVIDE VERIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE AT TIME OF SAMPLE SUBMISSION. DETAILED CERTIFICATION REPORTS ARE NOT REQUIRED UNTILL AWARDED.**** THE SAMPLES ARE TO BE SENT AT NO EXPENSE TO THE GOVERNMENT AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
