Peripheral Device Package: Includes power supply, fiber optic distribution board, numerical display for one pressure sensor, temperature and limit controllers for one heater band, and redundant high current relays. Control temperatures to 240 Celsius, monitor pressure with a voltage transducer, and allow data transfer to computer for recording information on spectra file headers. Temperature controller accuracy 1% full scale + ILSD (40 degrees F to 500 degrees F). Communicates with data system via fiber optic cable (3 meter length required), with spectrometer via 25 pin ribbon cable, and with up to four valve manifolds via 15 pin connectors. 15cm Pathlength ZnSe Gas Cell: Nominal path length is 15cm in single pass transmission cell. Pressure Transducer, Voltage: 0-30 psia. Calibrated and temperature-compensated industrial pressure transducer. Single Band Heating: For high and low temperature applications. Stainless steel with MICA insulation and including built in dual J type thermocouples for applications up to 240 degrees C. Optical Interface: Focused beam. Consists of two light guides and two parabolic mirror assemblies.. Spectrometer Software: Both dual and single ADC. Featuring automated data collection and real-time spectral analysis with alarm outputs which is implemented by means of an advanced multivariate algorithm. Spectra and quantitative results may be archived; and time of collection, concentration, and error analysis data may be later exported to any spreadsheet program, Excel, Lotus, etc. or used to generate concentration versus time plots for individual components. Concentration data can automatically be corrected for temperature and pressure changes, and mass emissions can be calculated in near real time. FTIR Spectrometer Software: Windows based application featuring a user friendly graphical interface. Includes all essential spectral data manipulation functions including baseline correction, spectral region zap, subtraction, derivatives, smoothing, offset, truncate, scale, peak picking and measurement, ATR correction and conversion between absorbance, transmittance and diffuse reflectance. Computer System with minimum specification: P4 CPU, 3.0GHz, 512 MB SD RAM, combo CDRWDVD, 80GB HD, 17 quote mark flat panel LCD monitor with keyboard, mouse and loaded with Windows XP PRO. Fully tested with FTIR software packages. Offeror shall include all shipping charges and deliver supplies F.O.B.
