- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-13-Q-0338 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-68, Defense Circular Number 20130710, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2013-0327. This procurement is being issued as a full and open. The Associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this request is 333415 with a size standard 750 employees. The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Items called for by this RFQ have been identified in the schedule by brand name or equal. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001- McQuay air cooled chiller, P/N AGZ070D to include duplex pump package, hi/lo ambient kit, hot gas bypass, Lonworks communications module with factory start up. OR EQUAL Shipping will be FOB Destination to 3791 S. Third St. DMAFB AZ 85707. The shipment should be marked for Mr. Tim Jankowski. Clause 52.204-13, Central Contractor Registration Maintenance.
